We are a blank check company incorporated on November 26, 2025. Although we currently intend to focus on target businesses in the AI technology industry, we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geographical location. We intend to focus on businesses that complement our management team’s background, and to capitalize on the ability of our management team to identify and acquire a business. Khurram P. Sheikh has served as the Founder, Chairman, CEO and CFO of Sky since its inception; Mr. Sheikh has been serving as the Chairman and CEO of CXApp Inc. (Nasdaq: CXAI) since March 14, 2023, when the company went public through its merger with KINS Technology Group Inc., a SPAC where Mr. Sheikh previously was the Founder, Chairman and CEO. Mr. Sheikh has been at the forefront of innovation in the technology, mobile, semiconductor, telecom and media industries for the past 25 years with CEO and CTO roles at leading technology companies. Since March 2020, Mr. Sheikh has been the Founder, Executive Chairman & CEO of Aijaad, a boutique strategic advisory firm where he advises both large private equity firms as well as boards of public companies on the future of 5G, IoT, Edge Computing and AI technologies and is actively involved in M&A, technology strategy and market development.
